Cancellation Policy

At ZHBroadway Consultants, we are committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. However, we acknowledge that certain circumstances may necessitate cancellation of services. Our cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.

If the client experiences a failure in the services explicitly outlined in the signed agreement, they will be eligible to cancel the contract and request a full refund. We ensure that such cases are reviewed thoroughly to maintain fairness and accountability.

In situations where funds are inadvertently deducted from the client’s account due to a technical error, and the deducted amount was not agreed upon in the contract, the client will have the right to claim a refund for the erroneous transaction. This ensures that clients are never charged beyond the scope of the agreed services.

Should ZHBroadway Consultants cancel the agreement before delivering the promised services, the client will be entitled to a full refund. Our commitment to client satisfaction drives us to honor such cancellations promptly and fairly.

If, however, the client chooses to withdraw their application or case before a final decision is reached, they will not be eligible for a full refund. This is due to the fact that ZHBroadway Consultants incurs costs at every stage of the process to progress the case toward its conclusion. In such scenarios, any refund issued will reflect the remaining balance after deducting the expenses already incurred.

This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and clarity for all parties involved. For further information or specific inquiries, clients are advised to refer to their signed retainer agreement, which governs the terms of service and cancellation.
