Refund Policy
At ZHBroadway Consultants, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure transparency and compliance with our service terms. By agreeing to our services, the customer acknowledges and accepts that no refund claims will be entertained if the agreement is terminated by the customer before ZHBroadway Consultants has submitted their immigration or visa application.
The customer must carefully read and understand all our terms and conditions before proceeding with any purchase. Once the agreement is signed and the process begins, the customer acknowledges that all services, terms, and procedures have been clearly communicated and agreed upon in good faith. Therefore, the company does not offer refunds, even if the client chooses to terminate the agreement shortly after signing.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- The client provides fraudulent, misrepresented, or false information in their application package.
- The client fails to meet medical requirements as stipulated by the respective country.
- The client has a criminal record that affects their eligibility for the applied program.
- The client is unable to demonstrate proficiency in the English language where required.
- The client is unable to furnish necessary documents as per the program’s requirements.
- Changes in immigration criteria or regulations introduced by relevant authorities that retroactively affect the client’s application.
Conditions Affecting Refunds
Refunds will not be processed if the client is informed by the relevant Immigration Office or government authority that they do not qualify for the program they applied for, due to:
- Insufficient documentation or failure to provide required evidence within the stipulated timeframe.
- Loss of points due to language, education, or work experience criteria not being met.
- Non-accredited, unrecognized, or falsified credentials submitted by the client.
- Non-cooperation from the client or their dependents during the application process.
- Violation of any clause in the signed retainer agreement.
Special Consideration for Refunds
In rare cases, refunds may be considered on an exceptional basis and at the sole discretion of ZHBroadway Consultants’ legal team. Such refunds, if approved, will be processed within 90 working days. However, clients must note that this is an exception and not the norm.
For comprehensive information on refund policies and all applicable terms, clients are advised to refer to the retainer agreement signed by both parties. This agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the client and ZHBroadway Consultants and serves as the primary governing document in all matters.
