Applicants must currently hold or have previously held a provisional Investor (Subclass 162) visa.
You must have sustained a designated investment of at least AUD $1.5 million in an Australian state or territory for a minimum of four years.
You must have resided in Australia for at least two out of the four years immediately preceding your visa application.
